Launching of Statistics Love Village (Cantik) in Rote Ndao Regency

On Wednesday (25/6), BPS Rote Ndao Regency launched Helebeik Village as the first Statistics Love Village (Cantik) in Rote Ndao Regency as a strategic step in strengthening the implementation of sectoral statistics at the village level. This program aims to increase the capacity of village officials in data management, encourage the use of statistics in development planning, and support the realization of One Data Indonesia down to the village level. This activity was officially launched by Yustinus Siga, A.St. as Head of BPS Rote Ndao Regency together with Jermi M. Haning, PhD. as Assistant III of Rote Ndao Regency, Tensy J. Non, S.Sos. as Head of Statistics Division of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Service of Rote Ndao Regency, Nusri E. Zacharias, S.E. as Head of Lobalain Sub-district, and Reoriki J. Lazarus, S.Pd.Gr. as Acting Head of Helebeik Village. The event was attended by 90 people from the local government, BPS, village officials, and community leaders of Helebeik Village. The inauguration was marked by the beating of the gong and the signing of the inauguration charter as a symbol of a joint commitment to building a village that is data-aware, statistically independent, and evidence-based in policy making.
